ORDER

The applicant is the 4th defendant in C.S.No.15 of 1998 which was dismissed after due contest made by this applicant and the plaintiff on merits vide Judgment and decree dated 19.11.2014. Now, this application is filed by the applicant/4th defendant seeking return of original documents marked as Exs.D20 to D33 morefully, described in the application. The applicant stated that the aforesaid original documents are required for dealing with the picture 'Prema Yudda' with exhibitors as well as with television channels. Further, the applicant has stated that the Judgment and decree dated 19.11.2014 has attained its finality as no appeal has been preferred by the plaintiff till date.

The reason stated by the applicant in the supporting affidavit filed along with the application is satisfied and therefore this application is allowed with a direction to the Registry to return the original documents on filing of an affidavit of undertaking by the applicant to produce the original documents as and when required by this court and by replacing the original documents with certified copies of the documents.
