This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail crime No. 29 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police seized 68 kgs of Ganja from the petitioner and other accused. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits based the petitioner has been implicated in this case and for the past 8 months the petitioner is in custody. Hence, he prayed to allow this petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity. Hence, he raised objection to grant bail.
