On instructions, learned counsel for the plaintiff states that only the mother of the plaintiff would depose on behalf of the plaintiff. In view of this subsequent development, the present application does not survive for adjudication.

2. By recording the above, A.No.4900 of 2022 is disposed of without any order as to costs. List the matter before learned Additional Master No.I on 23.01.2023 for recording evidence.
