ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner gave a representation to the first and second respondents with regard to restrain the third respondent from conducting the State and National Conference on 29.10.2022, 30.10.2022, 31.10.2022 and 31.10.2022 respectively, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2022 is not available with the respondents 1 & 2 and if it is available, they will consider the representation of the petitioner.

4.Recording the same, the respondents 1 & 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2022, if it is available with them, immediately on merits and take suitable action in accordance with law, since the conference is scheduled to be held on 29.10.2022. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
