ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5154 of 2024 dated 29.02.2024, whereby directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's entire period of service from 1991 to 30.04.2020 for all benefits on condition that the petitioner shall deposit his Provident Fund Contribution with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. However, so far, the petitioner has not deposited his Provident Fund Contribution with interest as directed by this Court. Therefore, no Contempt is committed by the respondents. 2/4
