ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 29.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4981 of 2024, thereby directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent passed an order on 24.09.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 24.09.2024 passed by the second respondent, before this Court. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this Contempt Petition is closed.
