C.M.P.Nos.20865 and 20857 of 2024 in A.S.No.458 and 463 of 2022 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., The Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to bring on record the Respondent-9 in these petitions as the legal heir of the deceased 2nd Respondent in A.S.No.458 of 2022 and deceased 4th Respondent in A.S.No.463 of 2022, namely R.Subbaiyan in these Appeals.

On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the 2nd Appellant, these Petitions are allowed.
