Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2021 and reminder dated 19.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders to increase the horizontal reservation for students, who are studying in Government Schools from VI standard to Plus 2 belonging to socially and economically backward sections (SC, ST, MBC & OBC) to 30% from current 7.5%, so all the 2656 students for joining Government Medical Colleges, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
