This application has been listed today under the caption 'For being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted the leave has been sought since the plaint A, B and C Schedule I & II of the properties are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Whereas, in the Order dated 23.11.2023, it is only mentioned as except A, B and C schedule I are situated outside the jurisdiction and hence, seeks to clarification of the same.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, in the Order in A.No.6162 of 2023, dated 23.11.2023, instead of 'except A, B and C schedule I' it shall be read as except A, B and C schedule I and II'.

4. The registry shall incorporate above correction and issue fresh Order to the parties concerned.
