Prayer: This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to issue an order of temporary injunction restraining the 1st respondent herein, her men, agents, servants, subordinates or any one acting on her behalf from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit properties concerned in O.S No.67 of 2009 on the file of the Sub Court, Perundurai pursuant to the judgment and decree passed in A.S No.13 of 2015 dated 07.12.2016 on the file of Principal District Judge, Erode, pending disposal of the above second appeal.
