PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.574 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein, The Inspector of Police, Mangalamedu Police Station, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District to the file of The Superintendent, CBCID, Perambalur or any other competent investigating agency for proper investigation and report before competent Court.

ORDER

The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the prosecution is awaited for the sanction before the final report is filed before the appropriate Court.

2. In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation at this stage. The 2nd respondent is directed to get the sanction and proceed further to file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
