This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.16 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Vridhachalam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondent submitted that Gowtham/5th petitioner has not complied with the interim order dated 01.06.2016 passed by this Court.

4. However, if Nalan, Karunamoorthy, Selvasundari and Vasanth file an application for dispensing with their personal appearance before the trial Court on undertaking that their counsel will take part of the proceedings and cross-examine the witnesses, the trial Court may liberally consider the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
