ORDER

The petitioner is a wind energy generator and it is now seeking a direction to the respondents to pay for the energy which it has generated and banked with 2/5

TANGEDCO, for the year 2012 to 2013. The petitioner has earlier instituted W.P.No.9319 of 2017 for the purpose and this Court vide its order dated 18.04.2017, had given a direction to the TANGEDCO to pass a speaking order. At the end of the day, the petitioner complains that it is yet to receive payment for the energy that was banked with and utilized by TANGEDCO some six years ago.

2.Heard Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, the learned standing counsel appearing for the TANGEDCO. The learned counsel submitted that a proposal has already been forwarded by the 3rd respondent to the 4th respondent and a copy was also given to the petitioner.

3.This Court now directs the 4th respondent to disburse the amount due and payable to the petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. 27.09.2023 kas 3/5
