ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 to consider the representation dated 09.02.2017 made by the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law within a reasonable time. 2.

The petitioners seeks direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 09.02.2017. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
