2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 472 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.120872 of 2023 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise, in order and to print the name of Mr.N.Manoharan when the matter is listed for admission.
