PRAYER : Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.317 of 2025 from the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent for conducting investigation and filing final report an accordance with law within a time frame as stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such other and further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.317 of 2025 from the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent for conducting investigation and filing final report in accordance with law within a time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that the petitioner's daughter was missing and in respect of which, a complaint has also been given and FIR has been filed on 16.07.2025. However, the investigation was not conducted properly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's daughter is eloped with one Baskar and she has informed the police not to disturb her.

4. At the outset, this Court is of the view that such a direction cannot be issued, as the FIR has been registered just recently. Further, in view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no order is required to be passed in this Petition.
