ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12232 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.15486 of 2025 order dated 11.07.2025. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submits that the petitioners had filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.12232 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.15486 of 2025 before this Court on July 11, 2025, seeking modification of the conditions imposed upon them. This Court was pleaded to modify the condition, directing that " the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- before the learned Judicial Magistrate -I, Tiruvannamalai in Crime No.19 of 2024". The learned counsel further submits that the petitioners are presently unemployed, having been removed from their service, and are consequently facing difficulties in complying with the said condition. Hence, he seeks modification. 3.In view of the foregoing circumstances, it is noted that this Court had already modified the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12232 of 2025 in

Crl.OP.No.15486 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025, reducing the amount from Rs.3,00,000/- to Rs.2,00,000/-. The present petition seeks further modification of the said condition. This Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought, as the reasons advanced by the petitioners are not found acceptable.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 17-09-2025 gbi
