This petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.128 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent for the alleged offences Under Sec.294 (b), 323, 324, 506 (ii) IPC.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that the case has been culminated into C.C.No.145 of 2018 and the same has been disposed by the Trial Court and hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.
