Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorari to callfor the records of the 2nd respondent herein made in Appeal No. 951/2003/A8 dated 27.04.2006 setting aside the order of the 1st respondent made in R.No. A2/2526/2003 dated 07.08.2003 in rejecting the application of the third respondent herein for the grant of two mini bus permits,one on the route Nattarmangalam to Melsevoor Cross road and another on opposite direction and to quash the same.
