2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants as well as the learned counsel for the respondents. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the application stands allowed. The applicant shall carry out the necessary amendment and also take steps for consequential amendment in the petition copy. Post the matter on 17.11.2023.
