ORDER

This petition has been filed to enlarge the Petitioner on bail pending investigation in Crime No.01 of 2025, on the file of State Cyber Crime Investigation Centre, Cyber Crime Wing, Chennai.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused have cheated the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.2,73,51,620/- under the guise of trading. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering facts and circumstances of the case, as per Government Advocate crl. Side, there are 36 similar complaints received against the petitioner and also the cheated amount was not recovered. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
