This petition has been filed to relax the condition para No.6(c), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25121 of 2022 dated 25.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that draft charge sheet is ready to file and the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25121 of 2022 dated 25.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
