This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 28.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. This petitioner gave a complaint dated 15.05.2015 and filed Crl.O.P.No.17825 of 2015 for a direction to register an FIR on the complaint. This Court, by order dated 20.07.2015, directed the petitioner to give a fresh complaint. Instead of giving a fresh complaint, the petitioner has given a covering letter dated 28.07.2015 enclosing earlier complaint dated 15.05.2015. After having given the representation dated 28.07.2015 to the Inspector of Police, Guduvancherry Police Station, the petitioner has come up with the present petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in-person before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram District. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence, the Deputy Superintendent of Police may direct the Inspector of Police, Guduvancherry Police Station to register a regular FIR and take action in accordance with law.
