ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.R.Divyapreathika, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5.

2. The encroachment is alleged in the Government land in Survey No.462 situated at Bevanatham Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

3. Learned State Government Pleader, placing on record the communication received from the Tahsildar, Denkanikottai Taluk, dated 22.9.2023, submits that the fourth respondent would conduct survey of the land in Survey No.462 and, after survey if any encroachment is found, further steps would be undertaken in tune with the survey report.

4. In view of the said statement made by learned State Government Pleader, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
