This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has sent a complaint by post to the Inspector, Cyber Crime Branch, Salem, whereas, the jurisdictional police according to Mr.Ayyathurai, learned counsel for the petitioner is Mettur Police Station, Salem.

4. Hence, liberty is given to the petitioner to lodge the same complaint before the Inspector of Police, Mettur Police Station, Salem, in person and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
