This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 202 days in representation in WP.SR.No.93431 of 2020.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) towards costs to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Building, Chennai, within a period of one week from today, failing which this order shall stand automatically cancelled.
