Crl.M.P.No.16535 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16535 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.24657 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioners on their release from the prison shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24657 of 2022 by order dated 12.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24657 of 2022 by order dated 12.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Karaikaal Police Station, Puducherry on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
