This Application has been filed to permit the applicant to file the photo copies of documents mentioned in the schedule of the judges summons as the applicant/ 1st defendant side exhibits Ex.D1 to Ex.D54.

2. Mr.A.Charles Darwin, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no serious objections in allowing this application as prayed for.

3. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side.

4. Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application and recording the fact that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application and being satisfied with the same, this application is ordered as prayed for.
