ORDER

The Revision Petitioner is wife, filed an application stating that she filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.263 of 2022 in the year of 2022 for a divorce on frivolous ground. Now, she is aged about 47 years. After 18 1/3

years of marital life, respondent husband filed the petition for interim maintenance.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. On perusal of records, it reveals that the Revision Petitioner is Dentist and the respondent is an advocate by profession, and the pending case causing hardship to both parties. Therefore, the trial judge is directed to dispose the petition filed in H.M.O.P.No. 263 of 2022 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
