This petition has been filed to implead the proposed second respondent as the second respondent in the Criminal Original Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the proposed second respondent is the defcto complainant who gave complaint against the petitioner.

Hence, this petition to implead the defacto complainant.

3. Considering the nature of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with this petition, this petition is Ordered. The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. Notice to the impleaded respondent returnable by 29.08.2025. Private notice is also permitted.
