ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.386 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the draft Final Report is also ready to be filed before the concerned Court.

3. In view of the above, there is no scope to interfere with the F.I.R at this stage. If ultimately, the Final Report is taken on file and summons is served to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
