JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was pronounced by T.RAJA, J.) This Writ Appeal has been directed against the order dated 03.08.2016 made in W.P.No. 27081 of 2016 by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

2.When this matter was called, Mr.D.Baskar learned counsel appearing for the appellants stated that the appeal has become infructuous since the appellants have already received the compensation determined by the respondents for the land on which the respondents herein have erected the tower line.

3.Recording the said statement, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
