18339/2021.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and accordingly, this amendment petition is ordered.

The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in cause-title and list the case on 03.11.2022.

4. After carry out the amendment, issue notice to the third respondent in Crl.MP.No. 15052 of 2022 through Court as well as privately returnable by 03.11.2022.
