This petition is filed to bring on record the proposed 23rd to 32nd respondents herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and rank them as 23rd to 32nd respondents in CRP No.2950 of 2023.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, this court is inclined to allow this petition.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in CRP No.2950 of 2023.
