This writ petition is filed challenging the proceeding of the second respondent dated 07.10.2004, wherein and whereby approval for an additional course viz., B.E.(Electrical & Electronics Engineering) with an annual intake of 60 students from the academic year 2004-2005 was rejected. While, entertaining this writ petition, this Court has not granted any interim order.
2. Considering the fact that the approval sought for in this writ petition in respect of the academic year 2004-2005 and further considering the fact that the said academic year is already over, I find nothing to be adjudicated upon in this writ petition, as the relief sought for in this writ petition has become Infructuous.
