ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit for declaration and injunction filed by the respondents in O.S.No.78 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Hosur, within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of this revision, without notice to the respondents.

3. According to the petitioners, the respondents filed a suit for declaration and injunction and the same has been pending from 2015 onwards, without any progress.

4. The perusal of the typed set and adjudication sheets furnished in the typed set of papers would suggest the petitioners have filed their written statement as early as 17.08.2015 and thereafter, the suit has been adjourned 2/4

from time to time for framing issues, without any substantial progress in the trial.

5. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
