O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 31.10.2015, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 31.10.2015, it is seen that this petitioner has obtained a loan from HDFC Bank and that some four persons came to the house of the petitioner for demanding the payment and that they have threatened the petitioner.

4. It is further seen that the petitioner has not even given the dates of the incident.

5. It is clear that in order to avoid repaying the loan amount, the petitioner has lodged the present complaint. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the second respondent-Police to register an FIR.
