This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 442 days in representing the criminal revision against the order in M.C.No.4 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur, dated 28.11.2023. 1/3

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 442 days is condoned and the petition is ordered, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
