This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 3rd, 4th and 7th respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 20.03.2022 and 16.7.2022 and e-mail representation dated 02.10.2022 and complaint dated 03.10.2022 and dispose of the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and 7 submitted that already investigation has been completed and the same was closed as "Mistake of Facts" and the closure report has also been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on 24.01.2023. In fact, the Referred Charge Sheet notice was also served to the petitioner on 24.01.2023.
