Respondents Prayer:-Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner by the second respondent, viz., Sub-Inspector of Police, Ramanatham Police Station or try to dispossess the petitioner from his land Survey No.585/13, 14 measuring about 4 cents situated at Korakkavadi Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District from providing police protection to the opposite party while measuring the above said land to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and hence, he pray for direction directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is not required for enquiry.
