ORDER

Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to take action based upon the petitioners representation dated 05.07.2025 and consequently direct the respondents to immediately stop the attempt of construction of compound wall at 26-feet metal road leading to eastWest comprised in S.No.306/13, Agoor Village, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 4th respondent is owning a temple in S.No.306/13 and he is making attempt to construct the compound wall in the Government Poromboke land obstructing the 20 feet public road which will cause hindrance to the petitioner to reach her agricultural lands. In this regard, she made a representation to the respondents on 05.07.2025. As the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief. 2/5

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for jthe respondents would submit that the respondents will pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within the stipulated period.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent concerned to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the fourth respondent herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
