This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. In compliance to the order passed by this Court on 28.04.2016, Mr.S.Aravind, the petitioner is present before this Court and he is identified by his counsel Mr.Venkatesh.

4. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.218 of 2016 before the respondent.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in [2014] 2 SCC 1, otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
