In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it had been stated that new facts and new allegations have been made in the written statement filed by the 2nd, 3rd and 4th defendants. Since it is alleged that incorrect statements have been introduced, this application has been filed seeking permission to file a reply to the written statement of the defendants. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the defendants.
