Since the relief sought for in this writ petition has been granted, the writ petition has now become infructuous. The Leanred Counsel for the Petitioner has also made an endorsement seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. However, at the same time, he sought for a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law as against the proceedings of the 5th respondent, dated 28.02.2017. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is granted liberty to work out his remedy as against the proceedings dated 28.02.2017 of the 5th respondent in accordance with law.
