This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.874 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the Superintendent, CBCID, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District or any other competent investigating agency for proper investigation and report before the competent court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the case in Crime No.874 of 2015 has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 05.01.2016 and the referred charge sheet in R.C.S was also served through post. .
