(made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.) Consistently there is no representation for the appellant. When the matters were listed on 02.12.2021, there was no representation for the appellant and hence the writ appeals were adjourned to 22.12.2021. On 22.12.2021, also there was no representation for the appellant and hence the appeals were adjourned to 27.01.2022. When the appeals were listed on 27.01.2022, also there was no representation for the appellant and hence, the Registry was directed to list the appeals under the caption 'for dismissal' today i.e. 31.01.2022. Though the writ appeals were listed under the caption for dismissal, none appeared for the appellant. Hence, this court has no other option, except to dismiss the writ appeals for non prosecution. Accordingly, the writ appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
