The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 838 days in filing the criminal revision case against the order of acquittal made in Crl.A.No.12 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Sessions, Tiruvarur (Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvarur) dated 15.03.2019.

2. Though name of the respondent was printed in the cause list, he has not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
