This petition is filed to condone the delay of 53 days in filing the above appeal. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.
3.Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice on behalf of the respondent police.
4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has been convicted and it is a statutory appeal, for rendering substantial justice, this Court feels that delay to be condoned.
5.Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
