This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2541 of 2015 on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, Ms.G.Sobana, Drugs Inspector, Villivakkam Range (Zone II), (Mobile No.9445865425) is present.

3. Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. When this court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial Court and has made an endorsement to that effect.

5. It is also represented that this is the second quash petition and these petitioners have approached this Court in Crl.OP.No.25861 of 2015. By an order dated 05.01.2016, the said petition was dismissed as withdrawn, at the instance of the counsel.
