(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain a public interest litigation on the issue of shifting of a branch of a nationalised bank as that falls within the domain of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

functioning of the commercial institution, the bank. The petitioner has already made a representation and has drawn our attention to the R.B.I. Master circular relating to closure of branches and naturally, all nationalised banks are bound by the circular and are, thus, required to follow the same. 2.Writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation. No costs.
